About us

The structure, protected by the Superintendency of Fine Arts and Landscape, dates back to 1908, occupies about 500 square meters and has decorations on the outside and inside depicting the sun's rays. The apartment covers 85 square meters and the Villa, with over 40 services, period furniture and quality materials, is located within a 5000 square meter park. An artisan wrought iron staircase from the early 1900s leads from the ground floor to the first floor. Outside, guests have parking spaces under the canopy. The secular park of 5000 square meters presents unique specimens: abies picea excelsa, fagus tricolor, cedrus deodara.
