The entire apartment is developed in two floors, it covers 85 square meters and consists of a large kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave, beamed ceiling and terrace on the ground floor. On the first floor: bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom with period furnishings with exposed beam ceilings, bedroom with anteroom with period furnishings. An artisan wrought iron staircase from the early 1900s leads from the ground floor to the first floor. Outside, guests have parking spaces under the canopy. The secular park of 5000 square meters presents unique specimens: abies picea excelsa, fagus tricolor, cedrus deodara. From June 2019 the entire structure has undergone conservative renovations and redevelopment in order to expand and improve services and equipment so as to combine functionality and comfort with the recovery of the original characteristics of the early twentieth century.
